Rest

Today was an inactive rest day, I did some stretching and rehab on my knee.I'm extremely sore from the 2 WODs a few days ago. I went to chapters and did a little bit of reading in the health an fitness section. I found a bunch of sources supporting low glycemic and non processed foods to prevent all sorts of modern day diseases including heart disease and obesity.
