My fitness and training background includes many years of recreational and representative sports including soccer, hockey, and wrestling, my main athletic focus is now rugby, and Crossfit. Personal fitness has always been a part of my life and has developed into a lifestyle and a passion. I am certified through Can-Fit-Pro, I have a Crossfit level one certificate and I am looking to bring some new ideas to the way people view and experience fitness.


My Training style
Every person I train is an athlete and gets treated with the same respect that any professional athlete would your safety and well being is of the utmost importance . By developing an athlete-coach relationship you will approach every workout in a competitive manor and experience the quickest results. My main Goal as a coach is to see you succeed.


Functional movements performed at high intensity and improving on weakness are the keys to athletic performance and everyday life. I will identify your weaknesses by watching the way you move and perform. From there we will improve on them and continue to bring all areas of fitness up to a level where you feel great!
By working with me I will maximize effectiveness by the attention I pay to your unique individual needs and to movement efficiency. Furthermore I will develop a specific program suited to your unique needs. Lastly but certainly not least, fitness can be so much fun. I come to work with a smile and a great attitude and hopefully my enjoyment for fitness can become yours too.
